Most landlords found out about it from a news headline, a letting agent's newsletter, or a conversation at the wrong moment. The official guidance is dense. The consequences of getting it wrong are serious. And the software that was supposed to help? Built by people who've never served a Section 8 notice.

I've spent 15 years in residential lettings. I know what it feels like to explain a rent increase to a tenant face to face, to serve a notice under pressure, to read a new statutory instrument at 11pm and wonder what it actually means in practice. That experience is baked into every part of this platform.

RentersRightsAct.info started as a free information hub — plain-English guides, the compliance checklist, AI Comply for instant answers. Then landlords started asking for the tools to act on that information. So I built them.
