Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with just your email - no payment details needed. You only enter card details if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan at the end of the 30 days. If you don't upgrade, your trial simply ends - no charge, no surprise billing.
What happens at day 30?
You choose: pick a paid plan based on your property count, or stay on the free account (Compliance Checklist + AI Comply at a limited daily rate). A free account does not include your saved tenancies or generated documents - those come back when you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard at any point - you keep paid access until the end of the billing period.
What if I have more than 3 properties?
Email support@rentersrightsact.info and we'll set up a custom plan.
What's in the free tier after the trial ends?
The Compliance Checklist (free forever) and AI Comply at a limited daily rate. Saved tenancies and generated documents are not available on a free account - viewing your tenancies and downloading your documents needs an active trial or a paid plan. Nothing is deleted: they stay safe and come straight back when you subscribe.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Pay only the monthly fee for your property count.
