Andreas Poulloura has been a private landlord for 15 years and is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA member 3192120). He built RentersRightsAct.info after recognising that the Renters' Rights Act 2025 represented the most significant change to English private tenancy law in a generation, and that most landlords had no practical tool to navigate it. The platform launched in January 2026 and covers compliance checking, AI-assisted legal document generation, and the full landlord lifecycle from tenancy start to possession.
